Woman who served me at the drive through was so rude, I tried to tell her I wasn’t sure what breads and cheeses there were – and she was being extremely snarky with me for not knowing. I kept apologising and trying to be really friendly, she would not smile at me and began being condescending. I felt so embarrassed for not knowing certain things, my partner who was the one driving almost just told her to forget the order because of her attitude. Such a horrible experience.

They never have any white bread! I ordered Uber eats at 7:30 this morning, they’ve just opened. Tell me if I walked down there, there would be no white bread. Lazy staff, the training staff get barely any help and that’s what makes it a horrible service. I had a lady in training making me a pizza sub, and she proceeds to only put 4 pieces of salami on it, it’s supposed to be 12, because she wasn’t getting any help I told her it was supposed to be 12 pieces and she proceeded to tell me I had to pay xtra not even actually knowing if I had to or not. Staff are rude and talk in different language. Would not recommend subway Cranbourne.

Terrible service staff not interested, very poor customer service, using mobile behind counter, asked for fresh lettuce as it was brown and old looking, brought out new tub and looked the same. Meets the nonexistent standards of Indian street food in both location and staff cleanliness and food quality, if you know what I mean. Made a mistake of going in there once, never again. Glad I didn’t end up with food poisoning. Take a wide berth of this place.
