I order online and pick up as I work alone and don’t have much time for a lunch break. So, when I get back to work and open my order, I don’t think it’s ever been correct. It’s small details like, not toasted, wrong sauce, wrong drink. I give the benefit of doubt because they may be busy and mistakes happen – however, this is a consistent issue. Pause, take a moment and read the order before you make it.

Places an online order for two platters for an event. It was a classic subs and gulten free wrap platter. Both the soggy as if it was made the night before. The actual subs were stuck to the box that’s how soggy it was. All the subs and wraps already had dressing in them when actually the dressings were meant to be on the side. The girl working there today looks like she doesn’t want to work. Sunday is a very quiet day for Gosford and still didn’t serve very well. My subway was basically a bread with a tiny bit of salad and 2 piece of chicken strips. I request management to train them properly to give the right amount of quantity to the customer.
