The steaks at the Steak Pit was cooked incorrectly from what I ordered. I asked for a medium rare fillet and it arrived well done. I asked the waiter what he thought and he said well done and then took it back. Everybody at the table had theirs. Fifteen minutes later my steak arrived. Cutting into it it was med well to well done. The waiter apologised but. Y now I had been waiting over an hour and I said I will cover it with the sauce. For a special steak restaurant it was a very poor result!

Went for tea on a Saturday night. Had to book ahead as they were booked solid. We had two kids (17 and 10) with us. The service staff were awesome. You are able to go to the pit where they cook the steaks and talk direct to the chef. The chef was extremely professional and accommodating. He was great talking to and explaing things to our youngest. We ordered steaks and Bolognese. The steaks were cooked perfect and the Bolognese was awesome. The prices are extremely reasonable. It is a very nice fine dining restaurant but family friendly at The same time. We all had main meals, a couple of drinks each plus we all had starters. We also had a extra side of chips and vegetables and the total cost was under $150 for the 4 of us. We left very satisfied and will definitely come back for another go. If your looking for a great night out in a nice relaxed restaurant go give them a go. THANKS!!

Have not been for many years, so thought I would re-visit. First impressions were great as it was a beautiful environment. Nice comfy chairs as well. Wait staff were good and also helpful. Very dissapointed with our meals, they looked good but were almost tasteless!! Red wine jou was like water and to topit off over priced.

Our steaks were cold, the mushroom ju was watery. The presentation was bizzarre, we received soup in an espresso cup and the veg was underwhelming. Considering the price we paid this is pretty unacceptable.

Went there once and found it to be very average, something you would expect from a beginner at home, so I thought, I would give it another chance, thinking that maybe it was just the meal I happened to order, and this time ordered the steak for me and my daughter, well both of us ended up leaving 90% of the steak on the plate!! We could not chew through all the sinue! So I “wont”, be going back a third time 🙁 but the cheff was very nice about it and did give us a complimentary dessert, which was really nice of him, but it also was very disappointing 🙁
