we came on a busy Monday night and the service was smooth, meals were delicious, and atmosphere was buzzing. the waitress had a trainee with her and she was attentive and had noticed the kids meals were ordered and asked if we needed those to come out as priority. this was such good customer service on their part. we left very satisfied.

I’ve been to 3 squires loft locations and this one was inconsistent and incredibly bad. Greeting and service staff good. Staff polite. Bathrooms clean. Salad and chips were as expected. The meal took over 40 mins to come out from time of order. There were a few tables with people but largely empty. Rib eye came out dry and over cooked. I mentioned this to a staff member who replaced the steak (a while later) with what I actually ordered. Chips now cold. This was an overall bad experience for us. At least one other table overheard my discussion with the staff and also complained. Issues throughout. Considering the price I was expecting much better. It would be great if there was a standard for this business because I honestly don’t know I can trust the entire business now.

Had dinner here last night for my husbands birthday and the staff/service was excellent! They went the extra mile and included a Happy Birthday decoration on our table and brought a candle out with our dessert. We opted for the set menu for two which we thought was great value for money. Food was delicious and we just loved our overall experience there. We will definitely be back soon!

Came here to try the steak. I had mine medium but should have opted for medium rare because the chefs really know how not to under-cook the meat. Service was good, just a bit noisy on a Friday night.

Tonight we dined at Squires Loft Cheltenham with a group of 18 rowdy thirty-somethings, safe to say after a few drinks we got quite loud. Despite the disruption to other diners (we are so sorry!!!) the staff were so kind and so very friendly and so very patient with us, which we all appreciated. We had such a fun night and our main waitress Mikaela was an absolute delight! Mikaela didn’t miss a beat, provided quality banter and managed to wrangle 18 people and keep everybody happy and well fed (and well drunk). All other wait staff did a fantastic job, there wasn’t a single incorrect order which is incredible! The bartenders were fabulous also, drinks were great and came out so quickly, the food was delicious and came out quite quickly as well considering how many of us there were and how fresh the food was. The set menu for large groups had fantastic variety and great portion sizes for the price. Quality was high for a very fair price for a 3 meal set menu. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone from couples to big groups.

Always enjoyable. Our biz Christmas dinner three years in a row. Excellent service. Nice surroundings. Meals weren’t long despite the varying cooks of steak at our table. Everyone’s food came out just seconds apart. That was most impressive. Not gonna leave til next Christmas before coming again.
