Bought a happy hour deal sushi. Purchased 7 sushi rolls for 10 AUD on a Friday night around 8pm. It was the last pack of sushi, so I did not get to choose the filling. The staff were not very communicative, he did not understand what Surcharge meant. Asked for 2 times, still he did not get it. Luckily, when I paid with card, there was no surcharge. The sushi rice was average. The rolls were generous with cucumber but not much else. Overall, did not enjoy my sushi! Not recommended.

Horrible customer service!!! Absolutely lost for words. The Asian staff with glasses who worked on Thursday 5:30pm was very rude! My sister paid for her drink he served her with a very unpleasant face so obviously. When I ordered 2 sushi, he couldn’t hear me, he shout at me and said “can you talk to me not to the box?”. I was so shock, this is definitely the worst experience EVER!! We’ll never ever buy anything from this sushi shop anymore!

I am lying down at home about to faint with pain because the miso soup I bought from this place about 45 minutes ago burnt the entire roof of my mouth off as soon as I had a tiny sip. My shopping plans cancelled I had to treat the burn with an apple in my bag and the cold sushi I had ordered here, and then go for first aid items at Coles before driving home.
