Signal Box Newcastle is a unique, fun and vibrant all-day restaurant that offers exquisite crafted meals in a heritage setting. The main dining room is a comfortable place to sit, enjoying anything from coffee and cake to an elegant dinner experience. The cuisine style is best described as Modern Seafood Bistro, however there are plenty of influences typical of a modern Australian restaurant – from Asian flavours, Italian influences and French technique, right through to comforting fish & chips, the menu covers a lot of ground yet everything is done well.
