Lovely service staff welcoming you into the restaurant. It was a busy nice atmosphere. However all downhill after.

Decent lunch today here, though a few tiny improvements could be made. For example, sachets of wasabi can never compete with fresh or at least, if packaged, it could be served alongside dishes as they come as opposed to a table condiment sitting in the sun all day. Aside from that though, the food came out super quick as expected from a sushi bar and it was tasty. The 4pc rolls are extremely cheap (4-5$) and are packed full with fresh filling. I tried the spicy chicken roll – which unfortunately wasn’t spicy at all but nonetheless delicious – and the crispy skin tuna deluxe roll. That was great! My partner opted for the sashimi mixed plate which cost about 30 bucks and had a mixture of tuna, salmon & so on. He said it was fresh. The pork gyoza were also nice but noticeably lighter and crispier than most others I’ve had which I wasn’t sure if I liked or not. Regardless, the filling of pork was generous and succulent. The total of the bill was 100$ which I thought to be quite reasonable.

Had lunch here and tried a few dishes. The best was the okonomiyaki which was well cooked and deliciously crispy. The karaage chicken was crispy but a tad bland or underseasoned. The duck ramen was also very nice and I was told they make their own pork bone stock. The Katsu chicken curry was also good but the chicken was again underseasoned. Lastly the dumplings were OK though not the best dish.

Food excellent. Inattentive and slow service. 10+ minutes after getting water, I had to find a server to ask to place an order, the yellow haired waitress was curt and not friendly. Two tables that arrived after my party of 4 had their orders taken and food before we were able to order. No one came during the entire meal to refill water or ask if we needed anything. 20 minutes after we finished and all of the plates were clearly empty, we got tired of waiting and had to find a staff member to pay. We wanted to order more food but decided to find a different restaurant.

Decent fast Japanese. Recommend calling for a table even during the week as this place is super busy.

Lovely place, staff was alight, not the best service. I believe they wanted us out and were stressing about cleaning everything. This was 45 min before closing time.

Our family visits here on our regular trips to Noosa. The food and service are always second to none. Alfresco dining, also sushi-train bar style seating, as well as indoor western and traditional Japanese seating.

We had a 7.30pm booking on a Friday. Food quality was 2nd to none, except it felt like we were stopping them from going home. Staff were brooming/ mopping the floors around us while we waited for our mains. We wanted to stay and have another drink and we were forced outside whole they packed up this was only 8.30pm. Other than that food was awesome.

An authentic Japanese restaurant (with real Japanese chef in the kitchen) serving izakaya as well as a small section of sushi train. This place gets busy pretty quick but the food serves pretty quick too. If you are in a big group, best to book a table upfront. Friendly staff and good food. Note that they close at 8.30pm and 8.45pm during the weekend which is a downside as you would think a typical izakaya usually close around 10pm or 11pm. But otherwise, this place is the go to if you are after authentic Japanese food and a good vibe. We were there 2 nights in a row and will be going back again before we fly back home.
