Not sure why this place has such low rating. I have been here multiple times. Food is always fresh and great. It’s my Tuesday treat before I do my food shopping at woolies. Very clean inside and service is fine, will always make me a salad bowl to order. Everytime I’m there it seems busy with lots of people ordering bahn mi.

Went to try Had chicken very spicy my girlfriend an I wait for the server to stop eating at the bench 350 pm Thursday my gosh lazy no pr skills then server sat down at bench continue fee her face another customer came again had to say serve her then proceed to serve customer an forgot to charge her for order she forgot omg. The next server came on board an cleaned up empty packets etc on bench which was there when I came in POOR SERVICE

Worst customer service! Ordered a small sezuhan chilli chicken & paid extra for a rice. It was delivered with the rice mixed in with the dish – who does that! Absorbs the sauce, soggy & gross! My husband took it back & she made him pay for another meal without the rice in it. It doesn’t say anywhere on the menu that the rice is mixed in with the meal. When you Order rice separately, it should be separate. The cook/owner is rude & has no customer service skills. She doesn’t realise in a close community like Gawler, word travels. After our experience and seeing all the negative reviews, I realise it’s a place I am definately not going back to – don’t waste your time & money! There are other lovely Asian takeaway places locally.

Ordered off Uber Eats. Firstly, it seems quite expensive for what it is. I ordered the Hot Sour Soup with Chicken Dumplings. The soup looked like they just made threw chilli oil on some broth. It was extremely oily and I couldn’t eat it. I feel just sick thinking about it now! But I paid almost $18.00 for it, so I didn’t want to waste it so I picked out the dumplings and noodles. Noodles were slimy and soft. Dumplings were nothing special, not that flavoursome.

Ordered via Uber Eats for a Sunday lunch for two at 1.00pm. Was absolutely starving and looking forward to a yummy lunch. Received a message at 2.50pm that Roll Up Dumpling had cancelled our order??? Tried calling the shop and it was closed. Will never order from this outlet again, such disgraceful service.
