Excellent from start to finish. Tried the sushi, sashimi, tempura, eggplant, chawanmushi and grilled squid. Excellent selection and high quality sushi and sashimi. Uni was delicious. Sushi rice is prepared with red vinegar, a rare pleasure in a japanese restaurant in sydney!

The food is great. So far this is the only restaurant offer 15 different nigiri sushi set. The sashimi cut was thick also additional cutting half way down of sashimi. So easier for chewing.

Grilled black cod was yummy, I like it most across the three dishes. Portions are small. Quite disappointed with the uni. It looks good but not fresh, simply cold and tasteless.

Recommend and would definitely return. Enjoyed the aburi nigiri, the mini donburi, the sashimi (geoduck was v fresh). Looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the nigiri.
