Great value, good portions and delicious food. The beef soup with dumplings were fresh, delicious and comforting ($14). Tables were clean and service relatively quick.

The mixed noodles were flavourful and had a good kick. Optional chilli on the side and food is served fast with card option too.

Great Chinese. Authentic and fresh, it may not look like much but this place makes some decent dumplings. Really well priced. It’s good for groups or dining alone. BYO too

Seabay in Sydney has truly earned the title of serving the best dumplings in the world. With over two decades of patronage, I can attest to their consistently excellent food quality. The standout factor, apart from the incredible dumplings, is their impeccable service that has remained top-notch throughout the years.

Nice Chinese food!!! There’s a wide range menu, include noodles, rice, and dishes. Also the price is not expensive. Good place for having lunch or dinner.

My small-but-perfectly-formed companion put me onto this place. She adores the consistently excellent dumplings. I love the spicy noodles.

3.4 – I used to come here throughout Uni but have been away. I tried it again today after many many years. The quality is still good (although the Chicken soup tasted peppery as opposed to soothing, and the Beef soup noodle is not as nourishing as I remember it tasted). but the dumplings were still amazing! They have renovated the restaurant and the lovely old humble smiley man is no longer around. It’s not as cheap as it used to be – the soup noodles are about $14.90 and the dumplings, the same. But you can get half serves, which is great. However, a 2% surcharge on any cards used (including EFTPOS). I probably won’t be coming back much longer – there is so much other food to try and most of my sentiment for it lost.

Nice authentic food but seems the ordering a bit mass. Take almost 30mins waiting for a take away during lunch hour. But still packed in house and popular.

Was recommended this place by a friend. Have to say that I was really disappointed and surprised to see such great reviews. The dumplings we ordered were boiled far too long and were water logged with no flavour left in them. Recommended fried pepper pork was also very flavourless.
