How wonderful the staff are . Have gone out of the way to help us on a catering request, (not a big one)opening up just for us. Cooking chickens cutting them up and making salads for my end of year luncheon. All when they were closed. How grateful I am and I love their chicken n chips. Cannot recommend Saucy chicken highly enough. Delicious.

We have followed Saucy chicken for many years, Waurn Ponds days to now, with change of owners a couple of times. Today we had chips and gravy as its one of our favourites , trying it one more time, as last time we found it had gone downhill, the gravy was overpowered by garlic which we rang through informing them of this, thinking they had made a mistake with it, today it was the same again and very thin, obviously they have changed the beautiful gravy they used to make!! We now will no longer visit this shop and look towards another chicken shop unfortunately.

Love this place. .. I used to love their chips but something has changed. I think they’ve gone for a cheaper chip product and now when you get them there’s a lot of horrible little end pieces and less good sized chips. Chicken bites/nughets are great when freshly cooked but a bit dry if they’ve been sitting in the bain marie for a while. Really friendly owners.

Why are you on Uber Eats? Three separate times now I’ve tried to place a (fairly large $) order for it only not to be accepted and subsequently cancelled 15 minutes later. Pretty poor customer experience.
