Ordered fish and chips, and asked if they had any GF options (Not celiac, just intolerant). The lady behind the counter said they didn’t, but she offered to grill a fish for me. Was very happy with the service. The food was great. Highly recommend.

We bought the Sydney rock oysters and cooked fresh prawns, and we walked back a fair ways home with some ice on them ( we asked for some ice, and they kindly provided) – And the oysters and prawns though a little soggy which was fault on our part due to the long walk. We simply popped them in the fridge for an hour, and they were still beautiful and delicious to eat for a dinner side snack! which speaks volumes for their freshness and quality. And I love my seafood and have had a lot of it in my life so I was super impressed! it was definitely worth the 8km walk .

Just had the worst burger. Asked for hamburger with cheese no beetroot and cut in half. Got a burger with cheese, beetroot and not cut in half. It was dry and horrible. When the old owners had the place they were the best burgers, it’s a shame you try to buy local but will never go back.
