Not worth it to wait for this super long line, carts took so long and we are at the back – foods are gone by that time. Started pretty good, with the siumai, chicken feet , egg custard and tofu fa and the rest They told us times up. They asked us to pay for chilli oil in a tiny saucer (didn’t check how much).

Came here for Yum Cha (Dim Sum) today for the first time and have some advice for newcomers like me. I had read some of the reviews and was weirdly slightly nervous but once you know the idea it’s absolutely worth it! I arrived at 10am on a Sat and there wasn’t a line, but when I walked past again at 11am, the line stretched around the building.

Best service very very busy on Monday 1145am.. already I had to que up for the table. Yumcha was nice.. but other menus (we had to order to the staff) were nice too.. total spent 70 for 2 ladies ( 2 kinds of dumplings X 2 each and congee, soy noodle, fried squid, one more dishes but sorry I don’t remember the name) pretty cheap also I had to take home as well.. i won’t say 100% recommend but for the values n friendly staff, pretty good.

Vinh Phat is a popular restaurant for yum cha, I visited before midday on a weekday, so it wasn’t too busy. After midday the queue was quite long and out the door. Vinh Phat is located next door to Binh Dan, I will admit that I did at first miss the restaurant and walked past it.
