Consistently terrible food with half the ingredients missing like the beef and salsa in beef nachos. Food may be cold, soggy or both. Expect to wait over an hour for your food even when ordered ahead of time through the app. We have tried to support this business more than most but have had satisfactory service and food twice out of 8 attempts. I ordered 4 burritos and they were COLD. like straight from the fridge cold… also ordered two chips and only one was hot the other was like cardboard. Ordered online for a certain pick-up time. When I arrived, 10 mins after this time, they hadn’t even started making our order. 50 mins after original pick up time finally got our food. When we got home both Nachos were missing meat, and not what was ordered. Huge disappointment after waiting for so long. Avoid this franchise!
