Friendly staff and great food. Place was very safe and clean. Food prices were about the same as Crowne next door. The wait for dessert took awhile though. Maybe they were understaffed as there was a desert race event in town. But I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Nice Modern Australian style restaurant located in the Double Tree Hotel. Staff were all friendly and the food was delicious. The $70 set menu with three courses (excluding drinks) was good value.

Absolutely hands down the best customer service made us feel so welcome offered us a special table because we has our baby with us. Always checking up and making sure we were ok and if the food was good. The food was also really good Absolutely great coffee highly recommended great options buffet breakfast. Keep up the good work!

Christmas dinner with the family. The food and drinks are of an excellent quality – probably the best in Alice Springs – but the lasting memory for us will be the amazing staff. Really friendly and accommodating. My kids liked the experience so much that they convinced us to change our accommodation to the Doubletree Hilton Alice Springs when we return to Alice in a few days.

We popped onto the newly opened daltbush restaurant in the Double Tree by Hilton. The decor was fresh and interesting. Liked the curtained off private dining spaces. The staff were very efficient and helpful and seemed pleased to help us with suggestions. Menu had a little something for everyone. Plenty of good choices many with very Australian local flavour. All on all a pretty positive dining experience.
