I firstly ordered a pulled pork burrito with extras. The bag was delivered through uber eats and had the right info on the bag but the burrito itself was a completely different order with the sticker on it showing a different order and order number.

To the female I encountered over the phone this morning who asserted herself as a manager and then proceeded to question my motives for asking. I simply stated that I intended to make a complaint, but was abruptly told to submit it online before she ended the call. If you truly hold a managerial position, your conduct and professionalism in handling matters is disgraceful and sorely lacking.

Very poor customer service. My wife and I ordered our usual meals from the Browns Plains restaurant. The price at the register was more than the advertised items on their price board. The staff just said they have had a price increase and there’s nothing they could do about it. They wouldn’t even honour the prices on the advertised price board. The staff told my wife and I, if we have an issue with it, they will give us the contact details of their IT department!!! OMG is there no customer service anymore!!! That’s the problem when you employ young inexperienced staff…. They didn’t even offer to give us a discount on any extras we were ordering to make up for the price difference.. they just said they press specific buttons on their registers for the items we want and they are unable to alter the price! common sense not in large supply at the GYG Browns Plains restaurant I guess……..

Generally the food is good here. My last couple of visits have been horrible. The intercom is always hard to hear the person taking my order. When driving up the pay for my order you can’t hear the person because the music is too loud. The past 2 times my order was completely wrong and didn’t know until we got back home. Not worth us driving all the way back.

Went to this GYG yesterday evening, went drive through and my partner ordered the loaded fries which mind you were absolutely delicious. However as a TAKEAWAY shop it’s kinda the expectation that you will eat it away from home, correct? Well, how are you supposed to eat loaded fries covered in guacamole and all the other sauces without a bloody fork. This was the second time we had been scummed a fork for the loaded fries within the last 7 days. As we waited in the waiting bay I was under strict instructions by the boss in the passenger seat to make sure they give us a fork. They again didn’t provide a fork. I quickly jumped out of the car and politely opened the side door of the GYG to ask for a fork. 7+ faces immediately turned and faced me as I asked politely for a fork. The annoyed reply i received was “in future you CANNOT come in through this door” I replied “As you can see I’m not inside, and in future YOU can do your job and provide us with a fork.”
