Online order waited 1.5 hours for order to arrive when it said an hour. Garlic bread flatter than the pizza. Pizzas were cold and topping fell off on both pizzas. Will not be returning will go to dominoes instead

Ordered a pizza online and was told 50 minutes delivery time. Nearly 2 hours later it arrived. Won’t order from them again. Besides taking nearly 2 hours when it was delivered it was cold. I rang the restaurant and surprisingly the manager wasn’t there, 2 hours later he returned my call, won’t give me a refund, just kept making excuses. Please stay clear of this place.

What a stingy and tasteless excuse for bolognese. I don’t think these people have ever seen or tasted it. Next to no actual bolognese, just pasta with a bit of oily bland sauce and an occasional speck of meat.

Order a tree hugger that I have for years , got a completely different pizza, none of the ingredients that are on the listing, the vegetarian pasta we have ordered for years is now containing no tomato sauce it’s a weird OILY pesto kind with no flavour and what looks to be frozen vegetables:/ very disappointed

We’ve had ruby’s pizza delivered for the last 12 years and tonight was the first time we’ve had it for a while. It was completely different and was NOTHING like it used to be. There was no flavour at all, the base was different and none of the toppings were the same.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere to go for dinner tonight that we hadn’t been too for a while and my friend chose Ruby’s – oh boy, so glad she did! We ordered the Ruby’s Special and it was delicious! Very generous with the toppings, we couldn’t finish it all, so brought leftovers home ( we wanted to leave room for dessert which was Mars Bar Cake – again so yummy! Will definitely be going there again!
