i love this sushi hub so much. never had a negative experience here. delicious sushi and kind customer service. i recently tried their online ordering which was easy to use but when i went to pick up my order, it hadn’t come through. they were so polite and quickly made me order for me. 10/10. love this place

At least 4 time we as a family have purchased Sushi from here and while food is nice and fresh the service is terrible. At one time a service person swore because we asked to cut some for the children and today they tried to squeeze 6 rolls into one plastic box which only hold 4. We always have to ask for extra Soy Sauce as they only give two small bottles for 12 rolls and when asked they get upset. Very disappointed with the service and hope they improve as the food is lovely!

They have some of the best sushi I’ve tried. It’s quite amazing that such tasty and fresh sushi is in a food court! I had their salmon and it was so delicious and very good quality. It was especially noticeable as I had gone to a restaurant that night and also had salmon which was not fresh or good – so for a food court sushi to have better ingredients than a sit-down restaurant really says something! I’ve also tried the same chain at Burnside Village and it’s also delicious there.

The staff are very friendly and patient, was very happy with their customer service skills. I was also happy with how large the selection of different sushi there is!!! The food tasted very good and came in a cardboard box take away container. Highly recommended, would 100% go back!!!
