I understand that this shop just changed from Eagleboys to Pizza Hut. However I ordered a Pulled Pork Meatlovers from their website. It then took 30 mins to make. When the pizza was bought out to me the lady said they don’t make that anymore and we have given you BBQ Meatlovers instead. No care in the world that the pizza they gave me was $3 cheaper than the one I ordered. I wouldn’t go here, apparently there is another place in town that does better pizzas

A friend and I went here tonight and ordered at the counter, we asked for the “mega deal” which consists of 3 pizzas, 2 garlic bread and a 1.25 drink. We were told it would take 25-30 minutes, so my friend and I went for a walk to make up time, when we returned we waiting in the line for about 10 minutes, when we got to the counter the boy told us it wasn’t ready and he wasn’t sure how long it would take, another man butted in and said about an hour (already fuming as I have a 3 month old baby waiting with his dad at home) we then went for another walk then came back and asked again, by this time a lot of people that were behind us ordering in the line the second time were leaving with there pizzas! When we got to the counter they said it still wasnt ready so we decided to pay for it already so we could just grab it and run when it was ready, after 10 minutes trying to sort out their computer system we paid and got told another 20 minutes as it wasn’t on yet! Another couple ladies sitting at the table next to us sparked up a conversation on how ridiculous the waiting was, their name got called and they collected their pizzas and told us they had been waiting since 7:45, by now it’s 8:30, we had ordered at 7:10!
