I had a very delicious lunch here on Thursday! Red Emperor, bug and prawns. Very good value and a restaurant I look forward to returning to. The waitress was very nice and helpful.

Had read many reviews, as always on the lookout when we r on hols for “word of mouth”, can honestly say, have not given many 5 but the service from Loz (Lauren) was brilliant, the entree of Oysters Kilpatrick was outstanding, I then asked if I could possibly make my own meal from a cpl of entrees…calamari, pan sealed scallops & bug-it was presented so beautifully & more than I expected, my partners Steak & Garlic Prawn Topper with a side of Pepper Sce was Superb..Honestly we could not fault a single thing!!! We will def be back when next on holidays & cant thank the Chefs enough..

Incredible seafood platters. Everything well made and delicious. Quantity is extremely generous for $80, could barely finish it between 2 people but I soldiered thru it because it was way too good to waste. The sticky date pudding was so so sweet but so so good. Just melts in your mouth. Great presentation all around. The staff are friendly and awesome. Would definitely come back next time

Dined here last night and discovered it’s origin (a fantastic restaurant we used to visit in Laidley before the fire and floods). So pleased! The food is always delicious, freshest ingredients, generous servings, great customer service, and a fantastic price. It doesn’t get much better than this anywhere. Period.

What a generous chef – our servings were huge! I ordered the Barramundi, but also received crumbed prawns and calamari and enough veges for two. The Barra was very well cooked and the calamari and the prawns very tasty. My partner had the lunch special steak burger that she enjoyed but it was huge. The service was friendly, but the sidewalk position is a bit ordinary. So, overall nothing to complain about really. Great value, good food and recommend for a hearty lunch or dinner, just not for a romantic date (:

Dined here tonight after reading positive Google reviews, what a treat! This place is worth a visit! This family run restaurant prides itself on freshness, quality and quantity. Their staff are very welcoming and personable. We very much enjoyed our seafood platter and are looking forward to a return visit to try some of the other delicious items on their menu.

Our group of six had lunch here today and we were well looked after indeed! The restaurant has wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and efficient, even joining in on our table’s friendly banter. The food was the main attraction obviously and none of us were disappointed; each dish was plentiful in food and cooked to perfection. It was a joy to dine here, no doubt we’ll be back!
