So every week my friend and l come to Warrnambool, every week we purchase Red Rooster. Over the last few weeks, service is nonexistent. We waited 45 mins 3 weeks ago for our meal, last week it was 30 mins, today we waited 25mins and received cold chicken and chips. No serviettes, no hand wipes, no straws for our drinks. The person taking the order needs to listen to the customer so we don’t have to keep repeating ourselves. It’s very sad that a fast food outlet can give such bad service and food. We maybe reviewing where we buy our dinner in future. I pay for hot fresh meal not what we got tonight.

I ordered from door dash and was the worst experience I got. The dasher almost escaped with my food. I went to the store and the dasher came innocently as if he had no fault yet they blocked my number. The store doesn’t do 1.25l drink so they give you 1.2l. so inconvenient tbh. I love warnambool but coming to red rooster warnambool it will take time.
