I love the chicken as it was crunch and the texture was there. First time I had this was a takeaway and it was still crunch nonetheless, its similar taste would be the Chicken at Ministop ( if you are a Filipino – you’ll know what store this is) Overall, taste was a balance of salty and umami paired with a crunchy soft on the inside fries.

Every time I go here, something is missing or wrong. Normally, both. You ask spacifically not for chilli fried chicken and they give you the chilli option. I post on the customer feedback website and get no response. This red rooster is the worst I have been to. I dont know who is managing this store, but it definitely ruins the red rooster name for all franchises.

It’s was a 50/50 here most times, but now its getting ridiculous. They either forget you items or put on that much sauce that it’s inedible. But generally staff are always friendly and willing to fix their mistakes
