This is the worst Restaurant ever. Order was placed online at approx 4.50pm and delivery stated was 5.33pm. The time kept moving out even when driver had the order, the order arrived at 5.50pm and not only was it Cold but the order was incorrect! After speaking to the Manager, A, she did not want to help apart from putting my name in a book for credit down the track, how useless. She would not resend the meal as she couldnt get a driver, this is not good enough and she should step down from her position or replaced all together, Managers have responsibility especially when it comes to the food industry and she definitely is not suited for this role. She also hung up on me. This is a terrible food outlet and people should use other locations if possible. Shame on this restaurant which really needs to look at the way it operates.

The service was excellent, the place was very clean and friendly. I just wish they were still doing the RED ROOSTER ROAST CHICKEN AND CHIPS. Ordered online through their website, checked to make sure that what we ordered was dairy free as my son is allergic to butter. Recieved corn with butter on it even though there Web sites allergy information states it is completely, including no traces of dairy.
