I used to come here during uni days only for the bolognese. I remember there were two older men who used to serve our table .. Bolognese still very tasty .. The calamari really worth to order .. Too bad I didn’t have any space to drink the hot chocolate ..Maybe next time

Cosy but narrow space & packed tightly with tables close together…Thankfully not noisy. Calamari Fritti with potato & pickled raddichio was a tad salty but good & panzanella tomato salad ok. Foccacia & Tiramisu was tasty. Had no time to have mains as we had not booked – but was given a spot before reserved patrons arrived by obliging wait staff. Italian hot choc was ok. Close to Parliament station & hub of political, performing arts theatres & upper end of city grid.

Poor experience – steak tasted awful and was served already sliced felt like diced beef from Woolworth on gas fire. The chips were worse than McDonald’s, literally frozen potatoes fried in cheap oil in thin chunks. They didn’t have vegetables to serve with their steak. For a $76 steak restaurant you’d expect a “little bit” more.
