I have never experienced such a colossal mess I’m my life.. completed online order, arrived to pick up and waited over 35 mins to get order. The worst part was, seeing people come in order and leave with their food, even after we had ordered. No priority or team work involved in tonight’s shifts.

Ordered in store tonight, only wanted chips and sauce sachet. Waited 45 minutes, 14 other people came in, ordered abd received their dinner including chips and I was still waiting. They accepted menulog order 9pm. Driver at store then red rooster cancel the order! Apparently they don’t accept menulog orders after 9.15pm. I ordered before 9.15pm. Had us wait half hour for our order that isn’t coming and now too late to go elsewhere..

Got to be the worst run store I’ve gone to, went today and service was absolutely appalling. Order drive thru get to the window and was read a total different order. Then order again and pay then get sent to waiting bay to have the worker come out to the car and told me that she has to go back as she can’t remember what she was told the order was she was holding then to return with what we thought was the right order till we checked it and had to return to the resterant then I stood there for 25 minutes to then ask where the fix up was and no one knew what I was on about.. but kept taking orders!!!

Nice clean store, friendly service, great tasting chicken, chips rank up there with KFC and gravy in the potatoe and gravy tasted great. Spicy burger had more kick to it than a zinger as well.
