The staff in here are so nice, they know how to deal with customers in a professional way at all the time. Specifically managers are perfect . They are good, kind and helpful people. Food was fresh and made to order with a little wait in the waiting bay. Went on the Easter Monday public holiday at 10.15am so the wait was understandable. Great customer service by the guy that served me and apologised for the wait time. Last time I went to the store the voucher was taken but this time the guy returned the voucher so would be good for consistency in the future for either the voucher to be taken or returned. The voucher is good for getting repeat business.

If you expect customers to be polite and courteous to your staff, well we expect your staff to show the same. Your female cashier at drive through window ought to learn how to communicate and smile. Appalling attitude. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there.

Terrible service, waited 45mins for a chicken and a half. No mention of the wait time and had the kitchen staff laughing at me while I was trying to resolve the issue. Have never had such frustrating service in my life. What a terrible group of kids playing kitchen.
