I ordered through Uber eats and I received a note with my food saying that the chai I ordered was unavailable. When I called the restaurant to question what had happened I was informed that there was a glitch in the system and I needed to follow up with Uber eats to get a refund. I would suggest calling your customers to let them know if you are out of stock of something for better service.

Overall experience was alright just a normal HJ but relatively cleaner than some but maybe timing thing. Plenty of parking outside and easy access from Albany Hwy. Has a playground area but pretty quiet today. Got the orders correct but it was only three burgers. It’s fine.

The burgers used to be better at Hungry Jacks, now they are just very ordinary. I got all the way home before I discovered they hadn’t even included the tomatoes on my burgers. I suggest to everyone contemplating buying anything at the Gosnells Hungry Jacks store that they personally get the manager to check every item on their order before they travel all the way home, it might just save them a long trip back.

my mother and I ordered a grilled chicken burger and a spicy chicken burger with extra sauce, her burger was ice cold and like eating leather, she had a couple of mouthfuls and gave up, I then tired to see how horrid it was and it was genuinely like eating a boot. I then opened my burger which was soggy and it was some tropical burger, it wasn’t even what I ordered, spicy chicken burger don’t have cheese BBQ sauce or pineapple in them, my food was at least warm but it wasn’t even slightly what we wanted. I was also there the other day with my father when I also ordered a spicy chicken burger and I got a grilled chicken instead. they really need more adults working there instead of teens who really don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all, at least the lettuce there isn’t rotten anymore
