Ferntreegully red rooster .. would not honour a deal on their board shift manager refused to honour it .. so we ordered other items when asked for managers details a manager appeared from the back and guess what WE were right the staff don’t know their job .. MORE training needed .. if it’s on the board it should be on your system .. attitude of staff needs to change too shouldn’t be arguing with customers

The chips here are always undercooked! Always. I came through earlier in week, got some cheesy nuggets that first only had half in the pack, secondly they were given to me near cold twice. A young man and woman on service took the food back and cooked it properly.

I originally ordered takeaway via Menulog. After not receiving the delivery for 2 hours, I drove down to pick up my order. The staff advised me they had lodged a complaint with Menulog and apologised (even though they were not at fault) . They made me fresh food & when I got home, Red Rooster had cancelled the Menulog order and organised a refund much to my surprise.
