Don’t be deterred by the run down looking shop , the food is spot on . The charcoal chicken is cooked to perfection. Great chips, try and make it home without eating them all ! Highly recommend the schnitzel , tasty, crispy and great just on its own (possibly the best in Melbourne). Prices are much lower than other charcoal chicken places too – 5 stars.

This could once again become a local favourite if given a bit of love. Our chips were slightly frozen and there were no salads ready by 6pm, and the shop opened at 5pm. Unfortunately the day we went, doesn’t look like a once off. I empathise for the business if they’ve been affected by COVID, but I’m sure locals are ready to make it their go-to charcoal chicken shop if it’s ready to provide quality service and food.

This is the best charcoal chicken shop! My family and I have hunted around the eastern suburbs for a quality takeaway and found it. The chickens are so delicious and the chips OMG!!! We also love the salads and the owner is lovely. Couldn’t recommend any more! Cheers
