Would not recommend. Placed a catering order for a small party over the weekend. Paid $43 for 3 kilos of chips to open a box with maybe1 kilo of chips at most! Called the store as we thought a tray must have been forgotten to be told it was the correct amount. It barely fed 10 children under that age of 5….. the adults at the party had chicken on a plate. Placed a feedback form to the store to be given a ridiculous response that doesn’t make sense and is written very poorly. No attempt to resolve the issue has been made by the store other than basically bad luck. Do not order catering services from this store, a complete rip off. I am very upset as it was not cheap and embarrassing to serve up. The customer service is poor. I have replied to their ridiculous response and am still waiting for a reply 24 hours later…. Seems like they are just going to bury their head in the sand and ignore my complaint. Very unfortunate as if they had just done the decent thing and provided what was paid for this wouldn’t have been an issue.

To my horror when approaching the window of the drive thru I noticed a worker using a pressure cleaner in an active kitchen (the ones you use to remove mould from the driveway). Water from the floor was going absolutely everywhere including on the window of the drive thru and on my meal that was being prepared. What’s even worse is a worker in his meal preparation gloves was handling the end of the pressure cleaner then going back to touch food. I put my meal in the garbage. How revolting and unhygienic is that? What is wrong with these people? Surely that’s a health hazard against council regulations. Maybe overseas this is normal behaviour but not in Australia. I want a refund too and I’ll never visit again.

Ordered 3 meals . Potato gravy was runny and not hot . Burger was Luke warm buns were cold . My mother’s classic roast was only warm and my piece of chicken was dry .

The fried chicken is very crispy and chips are always fresh and hot. The snack subs are great too.I now prefer Red Rooster over another well known chicken company.

The service here is always good, I only ever use this store for drive thru but it is the only takeaway anywhere in Narellan, Mt Annan and Gregory Hills that consistently get orders correct. Every other takeaway in the area is terrible in comparison. Top marks to you for your service.
