This is by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I came here for dinner, first I was told there was no fried chicken and had to wait 15 minutes, just to find out the chicken was pink, I’ve seen multiple signs and advertisements about the new cheesy nuggets and also got these thinking they would be good, these were absolutely putrid, they tasted frozen and the cheese was not melted.

As this store is not available on the Rooster app, the manager was very accommodating and offered us a great deal. The fried chicken is so fresh and less oily than KFC. Thank you also to the staff for your friendly service. Very clean store and well presented.

Sometimes you just want a quick snack in a hurry. This was one of those times. I’ll think twice next time. The food wasn’t great, the restaurant wasn’t very clean but what really topped off the experience was listening to the staff bickering loudly about who does the most work the entire time. Definitely won’t be back

So dissappointed. Normally this location is always on their game and food prepared is always prepared close to perfect, stopped today, ordered red hot fried chicken, nuggets and chips.. chicken was soggy and drenched in oil.. nuggets were undercooked and soggy on the outside, chips looked like they were 2 days old.. absolutely terrible. We went through Drive through around 10:30am, 30mins after opening time, it was obvious oil was not up to temperature, hence all the soggy oily food. Extremely disappointing, another Red Rooster location bits the dust.. so sad..
