A short walk from the exhibition centre. The frontage to the restaurant is rather hidden as there is construction work being done to the building. Scan the bar code given to you to access the menu and order. The Ramen were good, and the service was prompt. This place was pretty busy at lunch time.

Great little Ramen space in south Brisbane next to the Brisbane Convention Centre. This authentic Ramen shop and chain do some of the best Ramen in Queensland. Staffed by friendly Japanese, this quaint establishment was easy to get a seat at lunch time. Popularity rises later in the evening and when it gets cold this is a great way to be cosy warm. Make sure you add your toppings to your Ramen and don’t expect to wait long.

Overall good food and will come back. Can customise broth saltiness, noodle chewiness, etc. Lunch gyoza is the perfect portion size. Chilli paste is a bit spicy, better put on the side to start with. Only disappointed with the karrage chicken using breast instead thigh makes the meat really dry and dense. And the crust is really hard to chew.

Gyozas were sweet, some parts burnt and the gyoza skin at the bottom wasn’t cooked thoroughly, it was unpleasant to eat like eating hardened dough.

I appreciate the effort gone into this business and having just come back from Japan eating alot Ramen the experience is close for Australians. The way you order and choices on how you like your noodles cooked, strength of the broth, amount of spice etc is similar to some places in Japan. Overall broth is good. Char siu on mine was abit tough, though ok on my wife’s ramen. I thought the half boiled egg had more flavour in them than most others. Our bowls of ramen was placed on our table almost to quickly without care by the staff. I did really enjoy the Suntory beers on tap.
