I think new owners and that’s ok. Ordered meat lovers, thin base. Crust was that hard it had expanded as per picture and was tooth breaking. Crust was so bad, just crushed it with my hand to get it off to throw out. Pizza was soooo overcooked it was worse than the worst take away you could buy. I always looked forward to a local pizza hut to open, but this was literally the worst pizza hut pizza I have ever had. Might try again in six months but frozen a better option.

Purchased a Bacon & Chicken Pizza in Yamba, staff forgot to add Bacon (its in the name). Cooked Bacon on its own when they noticed mistake, Bacon was tough and burnt. Owners were really rude when I make a complaint. Said they would refund me but never did. Took three weeks to reply to my Email.

Hi google, can you please remove JAKE MOSS’ review. It is lie’s, he came into the store extremely agitated and aggressive, he threw his food on the counter and wasn’t looking for a solution he was looking for an argument. He was offered various options including a refund. You can see he has contradicted himself in his review which confirms he isn’t telling the truth, he says he wasn’t offered a credit but then goes on to say he has to wait the standard 3 business days for his money to return, what is it Jake Moss??? FYI Jake Moss, everyone in the store appreciated the show, once you were asked to leave because of your angry aggressive nature they all laughed at you, what a peanut was the general consensus.

We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery to marina ( 5 mins away). Server ( Carla) was courteous and messaged about delay and when she finally left the store. All good there.

No review on food, review on service. Ordered the 3+3 on the Saturday night at around 7:30 through the app. After about half an hour there was no change to the progress of the pizzas even after updating and refreshing the app constantly. Tried to call several times and was never answered. Left multiple voicemails, starting polite and becoming less polite each message later regrettably. Never had a call back or message of apology and eventually after 9:30 the app stated that the restaurant was closed and there are no more orders. I was livid. Not only because I had already paid for the pizzas and didn’t get them delivered but it was now too late to get food from somewhere else. Still annoyed the next day however when I went to the restaurant, the manager could not have been more apologetic or understanding of my frustration and without hesitation agreed to the full refund. She had told me that that evening had been a catastrophe with staff and equipment failure and delays in orders. Having previously worked in the service industry, I absolutely understood how my order could have been lost/delayed, and that some of my messages would not have made the evening any less frustrating for her. After apologies from each side and a full refund with an explanation and a sympathetic demeanour I will give a 4 star review. Losing a star because we never got our delivery however, I have had evenings like that and sometimes when things go wrong it all goes wrong and I felt my complaint was dealt with in the most professional way possible and that’s why I will give 4 stars.

Went to the shop twice in one afternoon. Stood at the counter and rang the bell both times with no response. Saw the sign be patient as we are short staffed. Waited 5 mins both times then left. Finally went to Subway fast service and noice food. Serious issues here.

Not very good, we believe we got food poisoning from our pizzas, all family members were sick the night we bought them. Service wasn’t the best, couldn’t explain the price difference from online to in store. The pizzas were very average didn’t taste very good.

4 stars for stuffing up my order and politely rectifying the issue. They were super busy and hey, accidents happen. The pizza was delicious, but above all the service was gracious and appreciated.
