Our pizza arrived undercooked and unedible. We were given another pizza which arrived also undercooked. The chocolate mousse that arrived had no use by date and was off and sour. A refund was promised but still not received. Not a satisfied customer at all.

The pizza and prices are always good and the delivery drivers are usually fantastic so I keep returning but I dread picking up my order in person; the staff in-store are appalling. I’ve waited at the register for 10+mins on multiple occasions with staff walking all around but none acknowledging me, even when I was eventually served (without eye contact) and the food (and hot drink because none were cold!) shoved at me.

Absolute horrible the pizza was mid and the service was horrible we waited sitting down they had atleast 5 people there we ordered pizza and they said nothing to us about it being ready turns out it took 20 minutes for them to say something and it was in a “heater” that didn’t even keep our pizza hot never go to this place

I tried to order pizza for delivery on the app. Had to update, I did so and when I put my address in it says no delivery to my suburb (have had pizza delivered here before) so I tried to call. All automated messages that ask for postcode but when I give postcode is asks if it’s Vic… I’m in Qld. Round and round it went so I gave up.

Service here is horrible. Staff would rather talk to each other than serve customers. I placed an order and the lady that served me had her headphones in clearly listening to something as she asked me multiple times to repeat my order as she was distracted.
