Don’t order from Pizza Hut unless you wanna wait over an hour for cold pizza. Couldn’t even make it look presentable in the box, had us waiting over an hour for bent and cold pizza . Live 13 minutes away from the place so unless the driver was in a car accident or the shop got blown up I’m confused on why it took so long and couldn’t be placed in the box properly

Haven’t had pizza in a while so stopped in here ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides all was ready within 15minutes overall was very satisfied glad I stopped in food was great all cooked perfectly and the customer service was great was greeted as soon as we entered friendly service.

I had done a delivery and it was 20 minutes late. My app said already delivered so I assume it was delivered to wrong address. I rang 6 times and kept getting cut off. On top of all that my order was wrong. Then I had to drive in to get it fix as their phone was not working . Ask for a refund on delivery as I drove in anyway , reminding them that order was wrong and they were late. Did not get a refund. Went home to a cold pizza to correct the rest of my order. I am not happy at all and girl at the counter was rude as well.

pizza was missing ingredients and didn’t have the sauce on it as pictured on the website. Delivery driver didn’t read the instructions and drove past me even when I asked if he was from pizza hut. He didn’t understand how to read unit numbers in an address (e.g. 2/39 example road, he was looking for unit 39 instead of unit 2)
