Ordered was supposed to arrive @ 6:32pm it arrived 30 minutes late the driver just said “sorry was on a phone call” that’s completely unacceptable if you’re out doing a delivery keep your personal chitchat to after hours. Unprofessional. Drink was warm and pizzas were going cold.

ETA for pizza 50 mins. 1 hour 45 mins later it arrives. Tried calling through to the shop, on hold for long periods of time or straight to messagebank. Pizza was just warm by the time it arrived. Terrible.

Awful. Ordered and food never turned up. Tried to contact the store and the voicemail put us through to leaving a message- no one even got back to us about the order that never turned up. Waste of time and money. We waited two hours for dinner which never turned up, and it wasn’t cheap either.

I gave Narangba Pizza Hut a second change following terrible service by staff who have no idea how to treat customers but never again. Today I’m sitting here at 6.35 waiting for my 6pm order along with others who’s orders have mysteriously vanished. No apologies. Just rude arrogant staff!! From now on I will give my business to Domino’s!!
