I am usually quite understanding and patient when it comes to hospitality service. However, I have placed orders at this establishment four times since they opened, and they consistently fail to get my orders right. The first time, I ordered six main dishes worth over $100, but they only provided five out of the six. It is frustrating to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order, only to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the missing dishes. The entire staff lacks attention to detail and appears to have received inadequate training. On two to three occasions, I requested double servings of food, but they only prepared one serving each time, resulting in another lengthy wait. Now, on the exact date of July 6th around 5:40pm, I ordered the simplest dish, Roti Canai with curry chicken, along with an extra serving of Roti Canai. However, they neglected to include the additional Roti Canai. I informed them about my previous negative experiences at this store, but their response lacked sincerity. When I asked for my order, I had to personally check the counter to confirm if it was mine, which it was. After giving this place a go I don’t think I will come back to this place again! The food lacked in flavour, some dishes are not as great as other papparich establishment out there. There’s a lot of improvement that needs to be done to this place

Standards have dropped somewhat. Ive had at least 3 times where my order was incorrect. The loh ma kai is always out if stock. Had an incident where the tofu in my curry laksa had gotten off, my dish was replaced but i had lost appetite due to semi ingesting an off tofu.

Quality has gone down.. We have in the past went to outlets at Knox and Nunwading but the one in Dandenong doesnt match the quality it had. Food tastes different completely.

Service was nice. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice to take away. The chicken is reheated, which I can understand (they’re obviously not cooking a new chicken per customer), but some of the chicken was stone cold as if it’d come straight out of the fridge and some was hot. It’s really unpleasant eating one piece of chicken when it has two completely different temperatures. Food was also a bit bland, unlike other PappaRich stores I’ve been to.
