It’s a really great, little country pub. The food was excellent, but I don’t handle a lot of salt and ended up scraping it off so I could eat it. It would be better if it was cooked without any, and the salt shaker left for the customer to administer as required.

Absolutely the best. Went there for the first time on a Monday night dinner and couldn’t have asked for better. From the initial greeting to leaving. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. 2 of us had beef cheeks and others had bbq pork ribs; all meals were generous and delicious. It’s great when staff know how to serve food without crossing the table and plates in front of diners.. one of my all time pet hates. Well done and keep up the great work. It’s a shame we were all too full for dessert because they have Maleny ice cream and the sticky date pudding comes highly recommended by local friends. It’s a lovely atmosphere and great music. We’re looking forward to returning again soon.

Nice pub menu with plenty of diversity for dietary requirements. Service is always good however, depending on the time of day and amount of patrons, food is always slow. Definitely great quality food, big services, so well worth the money.

Don’t order the steak. 400gm rump is extremely tough and chewy(medium rare). I guess being a pub I shouldn’t expect much, but because it’s so thin and I like medium rare, it was barely warm, and very very tough.

1st time there. Blue eye fillet done perfectly, unfortunately med/rare eye fillet ended up being a rump. Young gentleman very apologetic and gave us a whiskey and Coke for compensation, staff excellent and beautiful pub will be back despite the mix up thanku
