It was quiet when we dined as we arrived before the lunch peak hour. Some staff encountered were friendly. There are both indoor and outdoor seatings. They had specials running on their big TV screen but neither of them were honoured as one of the staff informed that those special are no longer available. This is hugely disappointing as it is their responsibility to ensure their advertising is up-to-date. So no specials for the day it is and we ordered off the standard menu. Food wasn’t too bad. The garlic bread and beef burger was delicious but neither of us was a fan of the meatballs.

Lovely renovations. My squid was very oily. The chats were yummy. The other diners in my group were mostly okay with their food. Very little personalised service, all food and drink orders through app, then a total strander appears and plonks your food down in front of you.

Four of us had lunch on Saturday. Absolutely no complaints. We started with parmesan truffle fries. Certainly didn’t skimp on the truffle they were so good. The mains were parmi, fillet steak, crisp skin salmon and caesar salad with calamari. Everything was hot and perfect. We were all too full for dessert. We ordered our drinks on the table app and they came out quite quickly. The staff who served us were very friendly. Will definitely be going back again.

We decided to go for lunch and ordered the roast, for the price we paid for the ‘Special’ we found it really interesting that there were no roast spuds on the plate. Not very good value for money.
