Ordered vegan burger. Im not a vegan but im making sure i dont eat any dairy. Order came about 20mins after. Not even busy at that time . Only to get the wrong order. They gave me a wrap instead of a burger. Went back to the counter and this guy (tattooed guy) who made the order, not even apologetic. Ladies at the counter were looking at me like i made the mistake. Must be the staff attitude..Underpaid.. i dont know. Been working in customer service for 14 years and we don’t do these stuff. Honestly I have never been to a nicer or more hospitable Oporto outlet before. I had a $10 voucher, but they could only process $8. I was happy to pay the difference but they really tried hard to fix the issue, and then gave me free chips to compensate. Thanks!

Typical chain restaraunt. Average food. Terrible service. Staff and manager didn’t want to honor the price stated on the menu and were very rude. Manager handed me my food and sent me off without a word.

Advertises a free Spirit with meals (as per photo) which staff are unaware of and refuse to honour. Asked why and they shrugged and suggested they’ll just turn the TV screen off for me – which seemed beside the point. Asked me to call their manager if I had a problem with it. False advertising.

Food came out fast and the girl who served us was great but no flavour at all in the Chicken Tenders or the burgers. Couldn’t even taste the bacon or the pineapple in the burgers.

Quick service, my order was taken quickly and I barely had to wait five minutes for my meal. The burger was hot fresh and delicious. Chips were only warm, and were soggy. Overall this was a good fast food experience, will return when I’m next at the airport.
