Arrived 5.43PM, Sunday 3rd September. Never have I been so disgusted with a “restaurant”. The entrance area was filthy, rubbish on the ground around the tables and used containers left on the tables. The footpath area into the “restaurant” needed to be washed (no it hadn’t rained there in days). Entered and immediately noticed the cleanliness of the floor and tables. Once again there was rubbish on the surrounding floors and near the bin, there had been something spilt and not attended because there were black footmarks all around that area including the service counter. It should have been attended to ASAP and not just dump a sign near the area. The staff were not wearing their uniforms, one member looked as though she had just gotten out of bed. A customer went behind the service counter to talk to staff. The toilets were a disgrace. Overall, a filthy, disgusting “restaurant” and will not visit that place again. I have passed this information to the appropriate Government authority for their action.

This place is so disgusting the food is putrid the workers are putrid it’s a full on tip site most days and they are very rude towards customers. I took my mother in law and kids here for lunch today and it was like a bunch of clowns working there with no skills whatsoever made us all feel very unwelcome. I say ban the lot of them they obviously haven’t got the skills for basic customer service they are most likely a danger driving on our roads. Up with the fairies these mob I swear

Customer service non-existent. Had our order passed, almost thrown, through the drive-thru window from one of the rudest people in hospitality we’ve ever encountered. To be clear, it wasn’t a teenager who was learning Customer service processes. Wouldn’t expect 5 star service from Maccas but this was terrible.

Dirty dinning room, all the bins full, spilt drinks on the ground, 15min wait time at the counter because drive thru is more important and to top it off, after my 15min wait for a large Big Mac meal, the girl in charge with the tattoo sleeve throws my order on the counter, doesn’t look at me or even look at me. Poor training and bad management!
