16 of us came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Looking forward to a nice authentic asian meals we sat down to be greeted by two less than asian women. The drooping ceiling and water damaged walls give it that authentic feel. Our first course came out with some extras that had not been ordered… obviously our mistake..and then after waiting till everyone else had received there meal and my daughter had not, I was told I didn’t order anything for her,. Obviously our mistake again. After some other unneeded rude comments our mains arrived.. I ordered the smoked duck…the only smoke flavor I got was from the air around me. Others ordered extra veg and got a plate full of onion. Anyway I must go … We are off to maccas

Lady at front desk did not greet me on arrival just waited there staring at me waiting for me to speak. She then proceeded to slap my receipt down when I asked to split the bill, she then threw the eftpos Machine at me as I went to pay for my food. I felt uncomfortable and as if I was a burden to her. She slammed my purse crackers down on the bench when I reminded her I had ordered them, this resulted in them being crumbled. I have been there multiple times and each time I am disgusted with her diabolical customer service skills I will never be returning to this place.

Disappointed in the customer service when you walk through the door. The woman ( I’ve been there numerous times) is always quite rude and you get that vibe that you are disturbing her. Well sorry….I just want food without the attitude. Food is great but not real authentic flavours. (I lived in southern Vietnam for a couple of years so I know the food). Will continue to go there and support local businesses and hope that feedback like this improves the restaurant.
