Cocktails, Wines and Spirit Bar Copperhead Brewery Restaurant in Cooroy is a small batch brewery with 14 of our own craft beers on tap, being a small brewery we can be more creative giving us the freedom to develop beers especially for O-Ren to suit the cuisine. As at Copperhead, O-Ren will continue to provide seasonal changes not only to our menu but to our beer list.

Attentive service, interesting modern foods and a full range of craft lager on the menu. The best dish was the silken tofu, but I also enjoyed the fish cakes – don’t usually like them but these were firm (not bouncy) and crusted deliciously with seeds and spices. Dumplings were generously sized and served perfectly with a trace of chili oil.

Nice place. I liked the atmosphere. Service quick and staff friendly. We ordered 2 dishes from A bit more (pork scallop dumplings and fish cakes in black crust), 1 dish from Bigger (sweet sticky fried beef) and 1 dish from Large (oven baked reef fish). All of it was nicely presented but the taste was not exquisite. I felt like something was missing in the taste combination. Be careful when staff offers you more dumplings – then the final price could be 6 dollars higher for every added dumpling. Overall: nice place and service but the food was not the best one I have ever eaten. (Visited Sep 22)

Our family visited O-Ren three times in the week we were visiting, each time was amazing! The staff, in particular Dan and Madelena were beautiful and made our experience so special. The food was without fault and drink recommendations paired flawlessly. I couldn’t recommend O-Ren enough for a beautiful meal and wonderful atmosphere.

Fantastic ! We go to Oren (name change to Forty Six) pretty regularly and our most recent visit was the usual high standard. The new ownership has embraced the existing spirit and they have plans to make it even better. The service is impeccable and we relied on the staff’s expertise to make sure we are ordering the right amounts and taking advantage of all the menu has to offer. We had a range of dishes and it’s hard to pick a winner. The flavours in all the dishes were perfectly balanced and simply amazing. There are so many places to eat around Sunshine Beach but Oren (Forty Six) is right up there with the best. Just a great place by all measures.
