Today was my first time visiting Nandos and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helped me out when I wasn’t sure what to order, served me promptly with attention to detail, while being very polite. My food was still fresh and delicious when I came home and the supremo burger was incredible. Thank you, and I will be visiting again!

Such a wonderful staff, when I arrived staff greeted and asked if we needed assistance and once I mentioned that I have placed an online order she came after few minutes to check if the ordered was place properly. We found out that the order accidentally went through to different store, she quickly responded that ” let’s go and speak to manager and she might be able to help you with this” and certainly the manager was very friendly and fixed the order for me.

I’m from South Africa where Nandos is pretty much our culture. And I was sceptical when coming here at first, BUT my family and I have eaten here 3 times now we love the food, the atmosphere and the staff. The ladies working here always have a smile on their face, they make the experience so much better. The food has never disappointed as well. I 100000% recommend, and I will probably be visiting quite often!

Ate here yesterday and got food poisoning. I ate a chicken avo burger. The last two times I’ve been the tables are so sticky I’ve asked for them to wipe them down before we sit. My order also got served later than people who ordered after me with no explanation. I would like to think there’s some compensation for this.

Waited more than 10mins just to order a meal, staff were present however didn’t came to take order. We could’ve understand if the place was busy but wasn’t. One of the staff could have take the order. I would love to rate 0 but I can’t. Very poor customer service I’ve ever seen in Nandos. Just waisted our time being there.

Ordered in advanced (3:45) and in the system shows to be picked up (4:05) but the staff was a bit rude and said they tried to call me and said i wasnt answering the call( which is very defensive to hear) i havent got any call and my food wasnt ready and waited another 20min. It’s not even busy but the quality of service sucks. Not gonna come back again.
