Unexpected gem! Walked pass this restaurant as it was nearby my hotel. Did not regret. Their xiao long bao was so good, did not expect to find good xiao long bao in Australia, it could be compared to DTF! The fried rice was really good too despite looking quite plain. We would highly recommend and we will definitely come back again.

A cosy little cafe tucked away in a quiet street close to Melbourne Aquarium or Southern cross station. The food was tasty and very homely.

The soul of a restaurant is the food, despite have a late lunch I happily ate the Crisp Chicken fried rice and relished it! My friend had the prawn fried rice which she confirmed was really delicious as well. For dessert we had the batter fried banana with maple syrup and ice cream! Everything was so simple and yet so delicious the ambience is easy and cozy and the staff were very friendly!

Whilst staying on this side of the city for work, I was craving dumplings and Mr HJ really hit the spot. I didn’t have a reservation but they found a seat for me. I managed to order 4 or 5 dishes (too much for one) but still devoured it all. Yum!
