Made a booking 3 weeks ago for the Wednesday steak night, as in now. The venue is closed as was issued a “emergency order”. Thks for the courtesy phone call explaining situation. 10 of us are in limbo. Really annoyed & frustrated. No hospitality here. I only gave a one star as had to write my review. Otherwise it would of been a bit fat zero!!

The steak was excellent as were the kids meals for $4.50. But as per other reviews it lacks focus and direction . We were the only ones in dining roon, 4 adults and 3 kids, kids meals came in reasonable time but adult meals took a very long time. Need to move kids toys at night, and just be a little more professional and customer focused. The place would and should be packed.

Food was great, Service was impeccable and we appreciate you going above and Beyond to make sure our day was special. You made everything seemless and you were true to your word and delivered on all our expectations. Unfortunately we took my Wife’s Mother to this venue for Mother’s Day 2019, we had pre booked and yet on arrival there was someone at our table and the Staff took 15 minutes to sort out the confusion. Finally seated (in the Foyer) and we get meals 45 minutes later that were inedible. Sadly I have to say DO not waste your money on this venue and as a local that hurts to say but certainly no value for money here!!
