Great service and overall, food was great. Can’t fault any of the dishes. Ordered the bread, which was superb, super dense and flavourful, cheese, lobster, pasta and steak. Had a couple of glasses of wine and beer. Worth visiting once, but difficult to get a booking.

The t-bone didn’t have much flavour, it was under seasoned. We have purchased a bottle of wine and during the whole meal no one has filled our glasses, we did ourselves. We understand that the 9pm seating can be hard for the staff which has already worked a few hours, but I was expecting a better service as every seating should have the best experience.

We had a wonderful time at Gimlet. Excellent service with a personal touch. No dress code despite its classy setting. Reserve one month in advance. My favorite dish is the dry aged club steak cooked over coals.
