Been here twice now and won’t go back. The fish is tough and the batter is dreadful. Looks like an amazing portion of fish until you peel the two inch thick cake batter off of it. Potato scallop so thin a crispy. Chips are mediocre. Nothing is piping hot just warm even when you just walk away from the counter with it.

I just love this place. Just love the fish and chips and real potato cakes(scallops). Hot fresh oil always so doesn’t absorb the oil. Owner must be OCD. The place is spotless always. Also employs young kids who are really switched on good workers. Couldn’t get a better operator to instill values of pride in giving top service and product.

Rach and the team are great. We ordered food for 27 people for a work event. The food was absolutely fantastic. Crispy potato scallops, great chips, fresh fish cocktails and tender calamari. The service was amazing and they also helped us carry all the food to the car. Rach and the team went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend Moruya Eats highly enough!

Best fish and chips ever. Beautiful fresh fish, good sized pieces, lightly battered, and perfectly cooked, and chips perfect. Been to this cafe several times and consistently good. Great service and very clean shop with lots of take away options including salads and cakes. Well done ladies!!

I havnt had yummy fish & chips like this forever!!! You guys have spoilt me for other takeaways … even left overs the next day were yummy & crunchy worth the drive from Batemans Bay … highly recommend !!!

Great fish and chips! It was busy being the Christmas period but they still nailed hot fresh food, and quick and friendly service. Also tried the veg dim Sims and can highly recommend them.
