The workers seem to have no form of urgency when it comes to serving. If you have multiple workers on, and 1 worker is swamped – maybe the other worker should come out and ASSIST, instead of just doing back of house stuff while your service area is full. Uses atrocious almond milk. They don’t have Chai powder so if you ask for one you’ll get a cup of warm, slightly flavoured grainy milk.
