Have never been to a more filthy McDonald’s restaurant EVER! Was 3.15PM and there was hardly a clean table, there was food all over the floors across almost the entire floor area. Half the restaurant the food was thick over the floor with both tables and chairs with food & muck on them. Ample Staff in the kitchen to spare someone to clean

However, at the final window, I encountered a staff member with distinctive dyed hair and piercings who appeared somewhat uncomfortable during our interaction. The handover of my order was less than graceful. It’s essential for customer-facing roles to treat every patron with respect, irrespective of personal biases.”

Absolutely filthy tables, chairs and floors. Food was cold and inedible. Spoke with Manager Skye Hedley, who gave excuses of being busy, school rush (5.30pm?) She took food back, and dropped food over my husband. Staff standing around on their phones in food preparation area. Manager then slammed our refund back at us on the counter. Absolutely rude, unprofessional and most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been in.
